Continuous Professional Development

Matthew can provide bespoke CPD to teams, schools and clusters. CPD is developed in partnership with the school to address their training needs: this is not, one size fits all training. Training is usually delivered by Zoom, but can be provided in person for schools within Norfolk. Recent CPD delivery includes:

• Briefing on new Locally Agreed Syllabus

• Using sacred texts to enhance RE teaching

• Beginners Guide to being a subject leader

Advisory and Consulting

Matthew can provide advisory visits and curriculum consultations. This can be a deep dive into one aspect of a subjects curriculum or could be broader support, discussing change management. To date, Matthew have provided advise and consultations to schools on:
